Artist Statement
My paintings and subject matter explore people, objects, and ideas based on my belief that art is the start of conversations to freely express thoughts, feelings, and opinions to what you see. Each piece of artwork depicts details to make life a little brighter. Throughout my journey of work, I give great appreciation to little details to create visuals like it actually occurred. Just like a toddler who has an abundance of energy, art should never be still until it is captured.
My process when using clay to sculpt represents another form of art that can be very rewarding. I enjoy making pieces that are relative, yet still modern. Clay must be exact because you can’t change its form or design after firing the piece. Even though clay is more intensive due to the clay cycle of design, bisque, painting; I exude the same concept: clay can tell a great story too!

About Me
Florida-based artist Cheryle White was born and raised in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She is very diverse from traveling and seeing different parts of the world while moving with her husband/family throughout his military career. She now has the pleasure of having an early retirement from the corporate world which has afforded her ample opportunities to join social clubs and a pottery studio which is an integral part of her life. She has re-discovered her passion for art, learned new techniques, and inspired many people to follow their dreams at any stage in life.
Cheryle’s work is made in-house for now; however, she inspires to one day be a part of an exhibition (art gallery), paint wall murals, and even host a few showings, and meet others who share a love of art for generations to come. Her most recent work titled “Dancing in the Aisles” showed White’s ability to turn a personal setback of a broken foot into a masterpiece to move forward.
Pottery “Pieces of a Dream”
Here are a few pieces of pottery I have made. YES, I make custom pieces!!!!!!! Things to know about pottery:
*Clay takes time to sculpt and dry. Once each piece gets bone dry, each piece will have to be bisque fired in a kiln.
*Once fired, it is ready to be painted with underglaze, stroke & coat, or glazed.
* The final stage is where the piece is fired once again turning soft clay into hard ceramic and a finished product.
****Disclaimer**** I will be using a community kiln from start to finish so the turnaround time will be 4 to 6 weeks for customed work. A deposit will be required to begin work as well as signing a contract detailing the project, cost, shipping & handling, and taxes.

Testimonials
I am one satisfied customer! I purchased three lovely pieces of art from Ladyche Artistry and they each were the perfect pieces to add to my home. My first piece is on the living room wall and went very well with my curtains and decor. It is so colorful and eye catching. My guests always compliment this piece. I call it “Quiet Fire”. My 2nd piece is on my dining room wall, and I love that it is circular. I call it “Do you see me now”. My 3rd piece is called “Tranquility” and is in my hallway and has such beautiful, soft pastel colors. My rating for Ladyche Artistry is 5 out of 5! She is an amazing artist and her customer service is outstanding. She is always willing to please her customers.
